B Infinite "We Love Malaysia" Merdeka Contest


The Contest Period 

 

1.     This BLoyalty Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 154570-W) ("B Infinite") “B Infinite “We Love Malaysia” ("Contest") will run from 16 Aug 2019 to 30 Sep 2019 (both dates inclusive) ("Contest Period"). All participations must be made within the Contest Period. 

2.     B Infinite reserves the right reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice of fourteen (14) calendar days to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Contest Period.

3.     Subject to these terms and conditions, the Contest is open to all registered B Infinite card members nationwide. “Registered B Infinite card members” means a member that registered his/her details with BLoyalty Sdn Bhd.

4.     To participate in this Contest, Eligible Participants must:

          i)              Spend a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt with B Infinite card at B Infinite Partners’ outlets / e-store; or

         ii)             Spend a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt with B Infinite card at B Infinite Participating Partners’ outlets / e-store; or

         iii)            Every new registered B Infinite members

 

 

5.     Eligible entries during the Contest Period to stand a chance to win the Prize(s):- 

 

How to Participate? | No. of Entries
A. Every spend of RM30 in a single receipt at B Infinite Partners' outlets / e-store | 1 entry
B. Every spend of RM30 in a single receipt at *Participating Partners outlet / e-store | 3 entries
C. Every new registered B Infinite members | 5 entries

 

6.     All transaction or registration that fulfills the criteria must be performed from 12.01am on Friday, 16 Aug 2019 till 11.59pm on Monday, 30 Sep 2019 to be entitled to participate in the Contest. 

7.     The prizes would be:

         a. The Grand Prize - 2 Winners will win 3D2N luxury hotel stay at The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort 

         b. Consolation Prize - 3 winners will be selected to win 3D2N luxury hotel stay at Berjaya Langkawi Hotel.

8.     Eligible Participants shall be selected from a random draw of entries earned by Eligible Participants during the Contest Period. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. 

9.     At the time of selection of the Contest winners, the Participating Account(s) of the selected Eligible Participant(s) MUST be in good standing and MUST NOT be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of the B Infinite general terms and conditions or delinquent, and/or be invalid or cancelled, invalid or void transaction(s), as otherwise they will be disqualified from participating or being selected as the Contest winner(s). 

10.   B Infinite reserves the right at their absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice consent. All Prizes will be awarded in its current state and cannot be exchanged. 

11.   The Winners list will be announced and published by B Infinite through B Infinite Facebook page  (https://www.facebook.com/BInfiniteRewards) within sixty (60) working days after the end of the Contest Period.

12.   The Winners shall be required to attend the prize presentation ceremony and/or other publicity programs as and when required at their own costs and expenses. If any of the Winners fail to attend such ceremony and/or other publicity programs without valid reason(s), B Infinite reserves the right to forfeit the Prize(s) of such winners and select another winner.

 

13.   Eligible members may enter multiple entries in this Contest. However, each B Infinite member is only entitled to one (1) prize. Any subsequent wins for this Contest, even if declared by B Infinite will be automatically void. 

14.   Winners must continue to be a registered B Infinite member until the fulfillment of prizes, failing which winners will be disqualified from the Contest and any prize won will be forfeited. 

15.   The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item(s). 

16.   To the extent permitted by law, B Infinite shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of prize collection and/or fulfillment.

17.   By participating in this Contest, the Eligible Participant expressly agrees and consents to:

                            i.  be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of B Infinites concerning this Contest; 

                           ii.  grant to B Infinite and its authorized advertising or media agencies all consents and waivers necessary for Eligible Participant’s name, likeness and particulars to be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide, without limitation and without compensation, in any manner whatsoever in any part of the world as B Infinite shall in its sole discretion deem fit;

                          iii.   allow B Infinite to disclose to any third party the Eligible Participant’s personal data for any and all purposes in relation to this contest and any other related business activity;

                          iv.  Hold harmless and indemnify B Infinite from any loss or damage suffered during delivery of prizes.

18.   The records of transactions maintained by B Infinite and the selection of Winners shall be final and conclusive.

19.   B Infinite reserves the right to select new Winner(s) to substitute any Winner(s) who may be ineligible or disqualified for any reason whatsoever throughout the Contest Period.

20.   B Infinite’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding and it shall not be obliged to give any reasons or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning this Contest.

21.   The Winners shall not be entitled to any cash compensation, benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Contest.

22.   B Infinite reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes awarded if the Winners do not comply with any of the terms and conditions herein.

23.   B Infinite reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to change, vary, delete or add to any these terms and conditions without prior notice.

24.   B Infinite shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the Prizes.

25.   These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Contest.

26.   B Infinite reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or replace this Contest (or any part thereof) with or without any prior notice and shall not be liable for any claim or compensation in respect of such cancellation, termination, suspension or replacement.

1.     By entering into this Contest, all Eligible Participants consent to the use of their Personal Data by the Organizers for the running of this Contest or for any publicity of the Contest in any form and through any media;

2.     The Eligible Participant acknowledges that B Infinite are authorized to process his/her personal data provided pursuant to this Contest in accordance with their respective data privacy policies. For B Infinite’s data privacy policy, please refer to http://binfinite.com.my/privacy.php

3.     Any failure by the Eligible Participant to disclose the personal data required may result in disqualification from the Contest.

 

The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest (“Contestants”). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Contest Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions.
