Effective Date: 20th January 2025

1. By using the B Infinite points conversion, you are deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the B Infinite conversion program (B Infinite points conversion) as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions as may be stipulated by BLOYALTY SDN BHD (Company No. 198601005410 (154570-W)), and BIGLIFE SDN BHD ( Registration No. 201001040731(924656-U)) (AirAsia) partner (‘Loyalty Partner”) from time to time.

2. This Points Conversion (2-way conversion) via B Infinite points conversion is organised by BLOYALTY SDN BHD and BIGLIFE SDN BHD (AirAsia) (jointly referred to as “the Organisers”)

3. This points conversion runs for an indefinite period from 20th January 2025 unless advised by Organisers (Points Conversion Period). The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Points Conversion at any time as they deem fit without prior notice.

4. Participants must be an existing (i) B Infinite member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BLoyalty Sdn Bhd under the name “ B Infinite rewards program”) and AirAsia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by AirAsia under the name “ AirAsia Points”) and (ii) have a unique registration number known as the “ AirAsia member ID” issued by BIG and “ B Infinite Card Number” & “PIN” issued by B Infinite respectively; in the points conversion.

5. Participant must have successfully registered their B Infinite Card on the B Infinite Points Conversion page in the office website https://www.binfinite.com.my/points_conversion; AirAsia xchange platform via the following link: - https://www.airasia.com/en/gb

Each B Infinite card/account can be linked to up to two (2) AirAsia accounts and Each AirAsia account can be linked to only one (1) B Infinite card/account.

6. Participants shall convert their respective B Infinite Points to AirAsia points and/or convert their respective B Infinite points to AirAsia points via the AirAsia xchange Platform during the points conversion period, based on a fixed conversion ration structure as outlined in Table below: -

7. Members must hold active and valid accounts with both the B Infinite and AirAsia rewards programs to be eligible for Points Conversion. Converted points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Members must adhere to the terms and conditions of each respective program.

8. To ensure fairness for all members, B Infinite has a monthly redemption limit of 50,000 BPoints for points conversion. This limit is consistently applied across all accounts. Similarly, AirAsia sets the same monthly redemption limit of 50,000 points.

9. Upon the successful conversion of AirAsia points, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member's AirAsia membership account. Simultaneously, an equivalent amount of B Infinite BPoints will be credited to the member's B Infinite Membership account.

10. B Infinite to AirAsia conversions may take up to one (1) working day to appear in the member's AirAsia account, while AirAsia to B Infinite conversions are credited instantly. Any delays due to inaccurate submissions are the member's responsibility.

11. AirAsia points received from conversions are valid for 24 months from crediting to the member’s AirAsia account. Converted BPoints are valid for 36 months from issuance and can be used for services at B Infinite. For more details, visit www.binfinite.com.my.

12. B Infinite reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Points Conversion in cases of fraudulent activity, abuse, or usage in bad faith. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organisers shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and/or all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

13. B Infinite, subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this points conversion ( in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law)

14. Converted points follow the validity terms of the receiving program and cannot be reversed.

15. B Infinite and AirAsia shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, unused, or expired points once converted.

16. Both parties reserve the right to amend the conversion structure and terms without prior notice. Conversion services are subject to availability and may be suspended or terminated at either party’s discretion.

17. B Infinite and AirAsia reserve the right to modify, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to participants.

18. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the points conversion including not limited to the AirAsia and/or B Infinite BPoints and participants are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence not appeal will not be entertained.

19. The Organisers further reserve their right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective privacy policies for any purpose related to this points conversion agreement and the participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.

20. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In case of any inconsistency, the English version will prevail.

General Terms and Conditions
1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at anytime, without prior notice.

2. By participating in the Points Conversion, participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity, and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice or compensation to the participant. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
