5X BPoint Campaign: Year End 2024
1. General
1.1 The 5X BPoints Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and will run from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or as otherwise determined by B Infinite without prior notice (“Campaign Period”).
1.2 By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and acknowledge that any decisions made by B Infinite regarding the Campaign are final and binding.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open to all individual members of B Infinite (“Eligible Customer”, “you”, or “your”) who have a registered B Infinite account (BCard or B Infinite App).
2.2 Employees of B Infinite (permanent, temporary and/or contract staff), representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Promo agents, third party vendors and service providers) shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3. Campaign Mechanics and Qualifying Criteria
3.1 This Campaign is valid at two (2) participating merchants: Starbucks Coffee and Kenny Rogers Roasters, where Eligible Customer can earn 5X BPoints (“Campaign Reward”) during the Campaign Period (“Qualifying Criteria”).
(a) Starbucks Coffee: Earn 5X BPoints on every RM1 spent, capped at 1,000,000 BPoints for the entire campaign.
(b) Kenny Rogers Roasters: Earn 5X BPoints on every RM2 spent, capped at 100,000 BPoints for the entire campaign.
3.2 To qualify for the Campaign Reward, Eligible Customers must meet the minimum spend criteria at the participating merchants store(s) as described in Clause 3.1, and log their transaction at the point of purchase via either:
(a) B Infinite App: by scanning the virtual BCard added to the App account.
(b) Physical BCard: by swiping or scanning physical BCARD.
3.3 Both methods above ensure eligibility for receiving the Campaign Reward as long as the transaction meets the qualifying criteria. The table below are scenarios of the eligibility for receiving the Campaign Rewards as described in Clause 3.2.

Merchant: Starbucks Coffee (RM1 = 1 BPoint)
Scenario A:
• Kevin spends RM10 at Starbucks and,
•  Scans the virtual BCard in the B Infinite App when paying at the cashier.
Eligible: Kevin will receive the 5X (50 BPoints) for the transaction as it was logged via the B Infinite App.

Merchant: Starbucks Coffee (RM1 = 1 BPoint)
Scenario B:
• Kevin spends RM10 at Starbucks but
• Did not swipe or scan either the physical or virtual BCard after paying at the cashier.
Not Eligible: Kevin did not log the transaction through the app or with a physical BCard.

Merchant: Kenny Rogers Roaster (RM2 = 1 BPoint)
Scenario C:
• Kevin spends RM10 at Kenny Rogers and
• Swipes physical BCard when paying at the cashier.
Eligible: Kevin will receive 5X (25 BPoints) for the transaction as it was logged using the physical BCard.

3.4 Eligible Customer may participate in the Campaign multiple times throughout the Campaign Period, subject to the respective BPoints caps for each merchant.
3.5 The Campaign Reward will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s B Infinite account once they successfully meet the Qualifying Criteria outlined in Clause 3.1 above. In exceptional cases, the crediting of the Campaign Reward may take up to seven (7) days.

4. Campaign Reward
4.1 If B Infinite subsequently finds that an Eligible Customer is not eligible for the Campaign Reward(s) or if there was an error in the crediting or awarding of the Campaign Reward(s), B Infinite reserves the right to refuse to credit, or to amend, correct, adjust, or reclaim the Campaign Reward(s). This may include debiting the equivalent amount from the Eligible Customer’s B Infinite Account. If the balance in the Eligible Customer’s Account is insufficient to cover the amount of the Campaign Reward(s), the Eligible Customer must immediately reimburse B Infinite for that amount upon demand.
4.2 B Infinite reserves the right to (a) disqualify an Eligible Customer from participating in the Campaign, (b) refuse to credit or cancel the crediting of the Campaign Reward(s), or deduct an amount equivalent to the Campaign Reward(s) from the Eligible Customer’s Account, and/or (c) take any other necessary actions, including legal action, against an Eligible Customer if:
4.4.1 the Eligible Customer is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign or its processes, including any fraudulent activity involving deceit or cheating;
4.4.2 there is irregular or improper operation or use of the Eligible Customer’s B Infinite account or BCard;
4.4.3 the Eligible Customer engages in fraudulent or dishonest actions, or conducts themselves in bad faith to gain an unfair advantage over B Infinite, its partners, or service providers.

5. General Terms and Conditions
5.1 B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
5.2 By participating in this Campaign, the participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
5.3 B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the reward with a reward of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All rewards will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
