1. What is the Happy Hour promotion?
The Happy Hour promotion is a special offer where you can collect digital stamps for purchasing petrol during specific hours and redeem them for rewards. Collect 4 stamps and get 500 BPoints credited to your B Infinite Card or Caltex JOURNEY Card.
2. When is the Happy Hour promotion available?
The promotion is available on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at selected participating petrol stations, from 23 September 2024 to 16 October 2024.
4. How do I participate in the promotion?
To participate, you must have the B Infinite app installed and with an active B Infinite Card or Caltex JOURNEY Card linked. Simply spend a minimum of RM40 on petrol during the promotion hours at 1 of the participating stations, and you'll receive 1 digital stamp. The stamp will be awarded at midnight the following day.
5. What if I don’t have the B Infinite app?
You will need to download the B Infinite app to participate in this promotion. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
6. How do I collect stamps?
Stamps are collected digitally through the B Infinite app. Make sure your account is active with a B Infinite Card or Caltex JOURNEY Card is linked to the app to start earning stamps.
7. How many stamps can I earn per day?
You can earn a maximum of 1 stamp per day, regardless of the number of eligible purchases made.
8. What happens after I collect 4 stamps?
Once you have collected 4 stamps, you will be awarded 500 BPoints. The BPoints will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
9. Are there any limits to the number of rewards I can redeem?
Yes, each member can redeem only 1 reward during the promotion. Additionally, the reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 100 users per station during the promotion period.
10. Can I combine this promotion with other offers?
No, this promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
11. Are the stamps or rewards transferable?
No, stamps and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
12. How will I know if the promotion period changes?
Any changes to the promotion period will be communicated at the participating stations and updated on our website.
