BI Pay Service Discontinuation
1. Why is BI Pay closing?
After careful evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations of BI Pay to focus on delivering the best possible experience for our members.
 
2. When will BI Pay be closed?
BI Pay will cease operations on 1 July 2024. Please ensure you withdraw your e-wallet balance before this date.

3. What if I have RM0 balance and I have never conducted any transactions? 
If your BI Pay account has a RM0 balance and you have never conducted any transactions, your account will be deactivated automatically. No further action is required from your end. 
 
4. How do I withdraw my e-wallet balance?
To withdraw your balance, please email the following information to enquiry@binfinite.com.my:
·      Full Name
·      IC Number
·      Bank Name
·      Bank Account Number
·      Scanned IC
·      Bank Statement Header clearly indicating the account holder's name
 
5. How long will it take to process my withdrawal request?
Your withdrawal request will be processed between 7 to 14 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the volume of requests received. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to process all requests as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns about your withdrawal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance at enquiry@binfinite.com.my.
 
6. What happens if I don't withdraw my balance by the closure date?
You may still continue to withdraw your balance after the closure date. However, if we do not receive any withdrawal request from you after 30 September 2024, the funds will be treated as unclaimed monies. In such a case, you will need to claim the money from Unclaimed Monies, Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia. This process will clearly involve additional time and effort. Therefore, we highly encourage you to withdraw your balance before the closure date to avoid any inconvenience.
 
7. Will I still be able to access BI Pay after the closure date?
No, BI Pay will no longer be accessible after 30 June 2024. Please ensure all transactions are completed and your balance is withdrawn before this date.
 
8. Will there be any charges or fees for withdrawing my e-wallet balance?
No, there are no charges or fees associated with withdrawing your e-wallet balance. You will receive the full amount in your bank account.
 
9. Can I transfer my e-wallet balance to another account or e-wallet service?
No, BI Pay balances cannot be transferred to another account or e-wallet service. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before the closure date.
 
10. Will the closure affect the B Infinite Loyalty Programme?
No, the closure of the BI Pay e-wallet service does not impact the B Infinite Loyalty Programme. Members can continue to earn and redeem points with our loyalty merchant network as usual.

11.  Will I still be able to use the BI App after 30 June 2024?
Yes, as per question 10, the BI App will remain fully operational to support the B Infinite Loyalty Programme. While the e-wallet service, BI Pay, will be discontinued, you can continue to use the app to earn and redeem BPoints within our loyalty merchant network and access other available features.

12.  Can I still earn BPoints when using BI Pay before 30 June 2024?
Yes, you can still earn 1 BPoint for every RM1 spent using BI Pay before 30 June 2024.
