2. How do I participate in the Points Conversion?
In order to participate, you must be a fully registered B Infinite or AirAsia member.

4. Is there a limit to how many points I can convert?
To ensure fairness to all members, both B Infinite and AirAsia has set a monthly 50,000 points limit for points conversion.

5. How long does it take for the points to be converted?
AirAsia Points to BPoints: Instant conversion.
BPoints to AirAsia Points: Up to one (1) working day to reflect in your AirAsia account.

6. What happens if there is an error during the conversion process?
If an error occurs during the conversion process, any delays or issues caused by inaccurate submissions will be the responsibility of the member. Please ensure that all information is submitted accurately to avoid any complications.

7. Do converted points have an expiration date?
AirAsia points that are converted from B Infinite will have a validity of 24 Months upon successful conversion. B Infinite points that are converted from AirAsia points will have a validity of 36 Months upon successful conversion.

8. Can I cancel or reverse a points conversion?
No, once a conversion request is submitted, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

9. What happens if my points expire or are unused?
Both B Infinite and AirAsia are not responsible for any lost, stolen, unused, or expired points after conversion.

10. Can the terms of the Points Conversion Program change?
Yes, B Infinite and AirAsia reserve the right to amend the conversion structure and terms without prior notice. Please check the official websites regularly for updates.

13. Can I unlink/delink account?
Yes, you can unlink your account on the AirAsia “My Linked accounts” page, Simply swipe left on the account you wish to delete, and a Delete/De-link button will appear. Click on it, and a dialog box will display for confirmation with the correct account details. Once you click confirm, a snackbar will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating the de-linkage was successful.

There is no linking process required for the B Infinite card to the AirAsia account. You only need to provide your AirAsia account member ID and your last name as registered with AirAsia.

14. Can converted points be used the same way as regular points?
Yes, the converted points carry the same value and redemption options as regular points in both Programs.

15. Can I convert points from multiple accounts in the same program?
No, points must originate from a single account to ensure proper tracking and security.

16. Can I combine points from both programs to redeem a reward?
No, points from each program must be redeemed separately, even after conversion.
