Important Notice: BI Pay Service Discontinuation
Dear B Infinite Members and App Users,

We reach out to you today with an important announcement. After careful evaluation and consideration, we have decided to cease operations of BI Pay, the B Infinite e-wallet effective on 1 July 2024. This decision was not made lightly but we believe it is necessary as we focus on delivering the best possible experience for our members.

We understand that this news may come as a disappointment and want to assure you that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for all our users. Rest assured, the current balance available in your BI Pay e-wallet remains safe. 

Important Information Regarding Your e-Wallet Balance:
1. Closure Date:
With effect from 1 July 2024, you will not be able to access your e-wallet. To ensure you can access your remaining funds, please be sure to utilise or withdraw your e-wallet balance by 30 June 2024. If you fail to utilise or withdraw your e-wallet balance by the closure date, you will have another 3 months to request for your e-wallet balance withdrawal.

For users with a RM0 e-wallet balance and have never conducted any transactions, we will be deactivating these accounts. No further action is needed from your end.

If we do not receive any withdrawal request from you after 30 September 2024, the funds will be treated as unclaimed monies. In such a case, you will need to claim the money from the Unclaimed Monies Division, Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia. This process will clearly involve additional time and effort. Therefore, we highly encourage you to utilise or withdraw your balance before the closure date to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Funds Withdrawal: To withdraw any balance, please email the following information to

• Scanned IC
• Bank Statement Header clearly indicating the account holder's name

Please note that it will take us 7 to 14 business days to process your withdrawal request. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
