A. Organiser and Eligibility
1. The B Infinite Affiliates Promotion (“Promo”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and is open to all registered B Infinite Members. Non-B Infinite members are welcome to participate in this Promotion by signing up for the B Infinite membership on the B Infinite App (“BI App”) or the B Infinite website (“Website”).
2. The following categories of persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Promotion except as explicitly mentioned otherwise: Employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Promotion agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees.

B. Duration
1. The Promotion is valid from 1st October 2024 –31st October 2024 (“Promo Period”).
2. B Infinite reserves the right to amend the Promo Period at any time. All entries outside the Promo Period will be disqualified.
C. Qualifying Transactions
1. Participants must be registered as a member of B Infinite via BI App at https://b-infinite.com/app or Website at https://www.binfinite.com.my.
2. Members are only eligible to earn BPoints when clicking through our affiliate partner link available in BI App. Transactions made directly on the partner’s site without going through the BI App or Website are not eligible for BPoints. Refer to the guided steps below to locate affiliate section:

How it works:
- Browse & Shop: Open the BI Shop and scroll to "Affiliate Partners" section to explore our affiliate partners, including stores for travel, fashion, electronics, and more.
- Click & Visit: Tap on the brand's link or logo to be redirected to their website or mobile ap
- Earn BPoints: Complete your purchase, and your BPoints will be credited to your B Infinite account after the campaign ends.

3. BPoints will be awarded to member within 60 – 120 days after the campaign ends. It is mandatory to retain a receipt of purchase as proof of purchase for verification purposes. This receipt will be required to verify your transaction if there are any issues with the allocation of your BPoints.
4. Non-commissionable items, such as redeeming free gifts from sellers (e.g., gift cards, samples, complimentary vouchers), do not qualify for BPoints.
5. Cancelled, returned or refunded orders will not earn BPoints.
6. Individuals who have successfully registered as a member of B Infinite are qualified to participate in the two (2) following event during the promo period:

Affiliates Power Boost
1. Members will earn 5X BPoints for every successful purchase made via any active affiliate brand listed in BI App.
2. No minimum spend is required to qualify.
3. Transactions must be completed through the affiliate links on the BI App or Website as stated in section C.2.
4. There is no limit to the number of times a member can earn 5X BPoints during the promo period.
5. The reward is given on a first-come, first-served basis and capped at 100,000 BPoints for the promo period. Once the cap is reached, no further BPoints will be awarded for subsequent transactions.

Lebih Affiliates, Lebih Thrills
1. Members who complete a minimum of two (2) transactions with different affiliate brands through the BI App will earn 100 BPoints reward.
2. No minimum spend is required to qualify.
3. Each transaction must be with a different brand to qualify for the reward.
4. Each qualified member can only earn the reward once throughout the promo period.
5. A maximum of 1,000 units (100,000 BPoints) will be rewarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the reward limit is reached, no further rewards will be granted.

General
1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
2. By participating in this Campaign, the participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
i) B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All prizes will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
