  1. KF miles will be credited into member’s Krisflyer account within 15 working days. Members can view point status by checking their KrisFlyer statement online.  
  2. B Infinite members are responsible for any delays caused by the submission of inaccurate details.
  3. In the event where inaccurate details are submitted, the conversion will be void and B Infinite will reverse the BPoints back to member within ten (10) working days with an email notification sent to inform member of the unsuccessful conversion.
