3. 100 BPoints will be rewarded to the first 1,000 members who download and sign up for Landlord123 app during promotion period. 
4. Earn additional reward by referring friends or family to Landlord123 app by filling up the info via dedicated link : http://bit.ly/ReferEarnForm
5. A Member will be rewarded with 200 BPoints for each referee who successfully downloaded and signed up for the Landlord123 app during promotion period. There is a capping of  600 BPoints per member.  
6. BPoints will be awarded to member’s BCard 30 days after the end of the promotion period, provided that member’s details have been duly verified by BLoyalty.
7. Should there be any breach on the strict rules imposed such as email anonymity, Landlord123 has all the right to revoke the rewards.
