As you would be aware, BI Pay ceased operations on 1 July 2024. You would also see that B I Pay is no longer visible in the B Infinite mobile app. If you have already withdrawn your balance, please disregard this email. Should you still have a balance, rest assured your funds are still available for withdrawal.
 
Important Information Regarding Your e-Wallet Balance:
1. BI Pay Balance Withdrawal: If you did not utilize or withdraw your e-wallet balance by 30 June 2024, you have until 30 September 2024 to request your e-wallet balance withdrawal.

2. Funds Withdrawal Process: To withdraw your available balance, please e-mail the following information to enquiry@binfinite.com.my:
o Full Name:
o IC Number:
o Bank Name:
o Bank Account Number:
o Scanned IC
o Bank Statement Header clearly indicating the account holder's name

3. Unclaimed Monies: If we do not receive any withdrawal request from you by 30 September 2024, the funds will be treated as unclaimed monies. You will need to claim the money from the Unclaimed Monies Division, Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia. This process will involve additional time and effort. Therefore, we highly encourage you to utilize or withdraw your balance before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that it will take us 7 to 14 business days to process your withdrawal request. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
