Organiser and Eligibility
1. The Merdeka Thrills Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and is open to all registered B Infinite Members. Non-B Infinite members are welcome to participate in this Campaign by signing up for the B Infinite membership on the B Infinite App (“App”) or the B Infinite website (“Website”).
2. The following categories of persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign except as explicitly mentioned otherwise: Employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Campaign agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees.

Campaign Duration
1. The Campaign is valid from 15 August 2024 – 16 September 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
2. B Infinite reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time. All entries outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.

Campaign Mechanics and Prizes
Individuals who have successfully registered as a member of B Infinite are qualified to participate in the following four (4) activities throughout the Campaign Period:

o 2X BPoints per transaction
o Points Galore (Extra 100 BPoints)

o Spend & Win Sweepstakes
o Points Galore (Extra 100 BPoints)

A. BI Shop Promotion
i. Fifty (50) BI app members who successfully perform a transaction (RM or BPoints redemption) via the B Infinite Shop during the Campaign Period will each receive RM20 Starbucks voucher as a reward. Sent to BI app account after the campaign ends.
ii. The RM20 Starbucks Coffee voucher reward will be given on a first come, first served basis and will be limited to one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
iii. To be eligible, member can purchase any item via the B Infinite Shop – promotional and/or discounted items inclusive.
iv. Members who cancel, return item(s), or experience failed transactions will not be eligible for the reward.

B. Daily Check-In Challenge
i. Members who complete a Daily Check-in for fourteen (14) consecutive days via BI App during the Campaign Period will earn an additional 50 BPoints.
ii. The 50 BPoints reward will be given on a first come, first served basis based on the above terms, capped at a maximum of 1,000 users and will be limited to one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
iii. The 50 BPoints reward will be distributed and credited into the member’s B Infinite account once the above conditions are met after the Campaign Period.
iv. The BPoints should be reflected in the user(s) account fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
v. The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.

C. Spend @ loyalty merchants’ outlets
i. 2X BPoints
a. Members who perform a successful, in-store transaction with a minimum spend of RM10.00 in a single transaction or receipt at any B Infinite Partner Merchant Outlets, excluding Caltex stations during the Campaign Period will each earn 2X BPoints (RM1 = 2 BPoints) as a reward.
b. Members must scan their BCard/B Infinite Loyalty/ Caltex JourneyTM card during payment to be eligible.
c. The 2X BPoints reward will be capped at a maximum of 100,000 BPoints and limited to one (1) reward per unique BCard on a first come, first served basis throughout the Campaign Period.
d. The 2X BPoints will be credited into the member’s B Infinite account once the above conditions are met.

ii. Points Galore (Extra 100 BPoints)
a. Members who spend or accumulate at least RM100 throughout campaign period earn an extra 100 BPoints as a reward.
b. The 100BPoints reward is on a first come, first served basis, and is limited to a total one hundred (100) registered BCard members throughout the Campaign Period.
c. The BPoints should be reflected in the member(s) account fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
d. A registered member can only earn the 100 BPoints reward once throughout the campaign period.
e. The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
f. Below are example scenarios in which a member can or cannot earn the extra 100 BPoints:

Scenario 1
1. Johnny performs the first successful transaction amounting to RM50 and scan his B Infinite virtual card via BI App
2. Johnny performs his second successful with a total spend of RM55 and scan his B Infinite virtual card via BI App. He has now accumulated RM105 total transaction within one (1) B Infinite Card
3. Johnny is eligible to receive the extra 100 BPoints.
Scenario 2
1. Johnny performs the first successful transaction amounting to RM80 and swipe his Caltex Journey Card.
2. Johnny performs his second successful transaction amounting to RM20 and scan his B Infinite virtual card via BI App.
3. Johnny has accumulated RM100 total transaction BUT uses 2 different registered card.
4. Johnny is not eligible to receive the extra 100 BPoints.
Scenario 3
1. Johnny performs the first successful transaction amounting to RM30 and swipe his Caltex Journey Card.
2. Johnny performs his second successful transaction amounting to RM20 and scan his B Infinite virtual card via BI App.
3. Johnny performs his third successful transaction amounting to RM70 and swipe his Caltex Journey Card.
4. Johnny has now accumulated RM100 total transaction via his Caltex Journey Card and is eligible to receive the extra 100 BPoints.

D. Spend @ Caltex
i. Points Galore (Extra 100 BPoints)
a. Members who pump a minimum of RM40.00 in a single transaction for four (4) consecutive weeks at any Caltex stations nationwide during the Campaign Period will each earn an extra 100 BPoints as a reward.
b. Members must scan their Caltex JourneyTM card during payment to be eligible.
c. The 100BPoints reward is on a first come, first served basis, and is limited to a total one hundred (100) registered BCard members throughout the Campaign Period.
d. The following cards will not be eligible for this activity:
1. Blocked card
2. Unregistered Caltex Journey Card
3. Card with suspicious activity/transaction
4. Hi Value Card
5. Fleet Card
e. A registered member can only earn the 100 BPoints reward once throughout the campaign period.
f. The BPoints should be reflected in the member(s) account fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
g. The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.

ii. Spend & Win Sweepstakes
a. Members who pump a minimum of RM40.00 in a single transaction at any Caltex stations will also automatically earn an entry into the sweepstakes.
b. Members must scan their Caltex JourneyTM card during payment to be eligible.
c. Below are the prizes that members will stand to win in the sweepstakes

d. Each member can only win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period. Winners will be announced via B Infinite's social media pages and website within fourteen (14) working days after the Campaign Period.
e. Prizes will be credited into the winner(s) B Infinite account within fourteen (14) working days after the winners’ announcement.
f. A winner’s failure to submit or verify their personal information to B Infinite by 30th September 2024 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
g. If a winner does not claim their prize within the given time frame, they may forfeit their right to the prize, and the redistribution will be within our company’s discretion.
h. The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.

General
1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
2. By participating in this Campaign, the participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
i) B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All prizes will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
