Organiser and Eligibility
1. B Infinite Raya, Syiok Berganda Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and is open to all registered B Infinite Members. Non-B Infinite members are welcome to participate in this Campaign by signing up for the B Infinite membership on the B Infinite App (“App”) or the B Infinite website (“Website”).
2. The following categories of persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign except as explicitly mentioned otherwise: Employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Campaign agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees.
Campaign Duration
1. The Campaign is valid from 1 April 2024 – 10 May 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
2. B Infinite reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time. All entries outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.
Campaign Mechanics and Prizes
1. Individuals who have registered as members of B Infinite are qualified to participate in the specified activities during the Campaign Period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined by the following mechanics:

a. Spend at Caltex
i) Members who pump at least RM100.00 cumulative or within a single receipt at any Caltex stations nationwide during the Campaign Period will stand a chance to earn an additional 100 BPoints.
ii) Members can pump any amount within the campaign period, provided it meets the minimum requirement of RM100.
iii) Members must either scan/swipe using their Caltex JourneyTM card/BCard/B Infinite Loyalty card or B Infinite app during payment to be eligible.
iv) The 100 BPoints reward will be capped at a maximum of 1,000 users and will be limited to one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
v) The reward will be randomly distributed and credited to each eligible B Infinite account user after the Campaign Period, in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
vi) The BPoints should be reflected in the user(s) account fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
vii) The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
b. Spend at Selected Loyalty Merchants
i) Members who spend a minimum of RM20.00 in a single transaction or receipt at Starbucks, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Peng Ah Optical, Mr. Rainbow Gadget or Kenny Rogers Roasters during the Campaign Period will stand a chance to earn additional 100 BPoints.
ii) Members must either scan/swipe using their Caltex JourneyTM card/BCard/B Infinite Loyalty card or B Infinite app during payment to be eligible.
iii) The 100 BPoints reward will be capped at a maximum of 500 users and will be limited to one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
iv) The reward will be randomly distributed and credited to each eligible B Infinite account user after the Campaign Period, in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
v) The BPoints should be reflected in the member(s) account fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
vi) The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
c. 288 Lebih Syiok
288, General terms
i) Members who perform one (1) bill payment of RM50.00 and above in a single transaction via the App using B Infinite Pay (“BI Pay”) during the Campaign Period will each receive an additional 288 BPoints.
ii) Members are entitled to earn three (3) 288 BPoints rewards for each bill paid via BI Pay during the Campaign Period. However, members can only receive one (1) BPoints reward per bill payment merchant.
iii) This Campaign is valid from 28 April – 8 May 2024, both dates inclusive.

i) Members who complete three (3) bill payments as stated in 288, General terms will receive an additional 288 BPoints.
ii) Members will be eligible for this reward if the three (3) payments are made to different billers.
iii) The 288 BPoints reward will be given on a first come, first served basis, capped at a capped at a maximum of 250 members and will be limited to one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
iv) The 288 BPoints reward will be distributed and credited into the member’s B Infinite account once the above conditions are met after the Campaign Period below.
v) The BPoints will be credited in the member’s BI account after the criteria above is met.
vi) This Campaign is valid from 28 April – 8 May 2024, both dates inclusive.
vii) The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
d. Daily Check-In
i) Members who complete a Daily Check-in for seven (7) consecutive days via the App during the Campaign Period will earn an additional 50 BPoints.
ii) Daily check-in rewards will be applicable to members who have completed a 7-day consecutive check-in.
iii) The 50 BPoints reward will be given on a first come, first served basis based on the above terms, capped at 500 members and will be limited to one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
iv) The 50 BPoints reward will be distributed and credited into the member’s B Infinite account once the above conditions are met after the Campaign Period.
v) The BPoints should be reflected in the member(s) account after the criteria above is met.
vi) The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
e. Send Duit Raya
i) To earn the additional 50 BPoints during the Campaign Period, members must successfully transfer a minimum of RM5.00 to at least 5 members via the BI App.
ii) This activity is open to all employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Campaign agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees.
iii) The 50 BPoints reward is limited to the first 150 users on a first-come, first-served basis, with one (1) reward per unique member during the Campaign Period.
iv) The 50 BPoints reward will be distributed and credited into the member’s B Infinite account once the above conditions are met during the Campaign Period.
v) The 50 BPoints will be credited to the member’s BI app account immediately after the 5 minimum transfer and will be notified through Push Notification on their BI App.
vi) The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
f. Raya Word Search Giveaway
i) Only registered BI App members will be eligible to participate in this giveaway.
ii) Each participant is required to:
Look out for Raya Word Search post in our FB and IG.
Find 8 Raya related words,
Like the post, comment your answer, Tag B Infinite pages on Facebook or Instagram and 3 friends and share the post.
Participants need to set their Facebook and/or Instagram account to public for B Infinite team to review their content.
iii) Entries may not contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group. Any disputes regarding the Contest mechanics will not be entertained.
iv) This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. You must abide by Instagram and Facebook's terms and conditions, as applicable (see their respective websites for information) to participate in this Contest.
v) Eleven (11) winners meeting the above criteria will be shortlisted for a chance to win the following prizes:

viii) Each member can only win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period. Winners will be announced via B Infinite's social media pages and website within fourteen (14) working days after the Campaign Period. Winners will also be contacted via phone, email, or social media, whichever Is deemed appropriate.
ix) Prizes will be delivered/credited into the winner(s) B Infinite account within fourteen
(14) to twenty-one (21) working days after the winners’ announcement.
x) A winner’s failure to submit their personal information to B Infinite by 15 May 2024 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
xi) If winners are required to collect their prize at B Infinite’s HQ, collection times will be communicated to the winners upon notification. In cases where winners are unable to collect their prize in person, they may authorize a representative to do so on their behalf. The representative must present a written authorization letter, along with a copy of the winner’s identification for verification.
xii) Alternatively, winners have the option to request postage of their prize. However, all associated postage costs must be borne by the winners themselves. Winners opting for postage must provide a valid and complete mailing address. Any errors or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
xiii) B Infinite shall not hold responsible for any damage that may occur during the postage process.
xiv) The distribution of prizes may be transferred virtually instead of physically if deemed necessary.
xv) The allocation or non-allocation of points is not subject to dispute.
g. Raya Packet Giveaway: IG Story
i) Participation in this giveaway is limited to B Infinite's IG followers only.
ii) Each participant is required to:
a. Follow our IG, Share our IG story, Tag Us @binifiniterewards and 1 friend.
b. Participants need to set their Instagram account to public for B Infinite team to review their content.
c. Entries may not contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group. Any disputes regarding the Contest mechanics will not be entertained.
iii) This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. You must abide by Instagram terms and conditions, as applicable (see their respective websites for information) to participate in this Contest.
iv) Ten (10) winners meeting the above criteria will be shortlisted for a chance to win the following prizes:

General
1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
2. By participating in this Campaign, the participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
i) B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All prizes will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
