This “Earn BPoints Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by Bloyalty Sdn. Bhd. (“BLOYALTY”) and Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“Allianz”) (jointly referred to as “the Organisers”).
By participating in this Campaign, all participants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein.
This Campaign runs from 17th January 2022 to 16th April 2022 (“Campaign Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the Campaign Period at any time as they deem fit with or without prior notice.
Participants who are existing and valid members of the B Infinite Program and aged 18 and above who sign up for this Campaign with complete and valid information within the Campaign Period will be entitled to 100 complimentary B Infinite points, which will be issued by BLOYALTY to the respective participants’ accounts under the B Infinite Program within 14 working days.
In addition, a RM 100 LAZADA voucher will be awarded to each participant who has signed up for this Campaign in accordance with paragraph 4 above AND have fulfilled the following requirements:-
must have made a Successful Purchase of any life policies from Allianz (“Allianz Life Policy”) as a policy owner with a minimum annual premium of RM2,400 during the Campaign Period via the unique link found in any of the following platforms owned and operated by BLOYALTY for the B Infinite Program:-
BLOYALTY’s social media, i.e. FacebookBLOYALTY’s web and app banner; or
BLOYALTY’s electronic direct mail.
For the avoidance of doubt, “Successful Purchase” shall mean the requisite premium for the Allianz Life Policy purchased by the participant has been paid and the Allianz Life Policy has been issued to the participant.
must not be any of the following persons:
employees of Allianz, Allianz Malaysia Berhad or Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (collectively known as “Allianz Group of Companies”) whether on a permanent or contractual basis, and their immediate family members;
all representatives of Allianz Group of Companies, including their employees, agents, financial advisors and brokers; and
vendors, suppliers, advertisers, and campaign agents of Allianz who are directly or indirectly involved in organizing this Campaign.
Subject to non-cancellation or termination of the Allianz Life Policy purchased pursuant to this Campaign, the RM 100 LAZADA vouchers will be issued to the eligible participants fifteen (15) days after the date of issuance of the Allianz life policy to the respective eligible participants. Each eligible participant shall be entitled to one (1) LAZADA voucher only irrespective of the number of Allianz Life Policy purchased by the participant under this Campaign.
The Organisers shall process the personal data of the participants in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") and their respective data privacy notices which are available at https://www.binfinite.com.my/privacy for BLOYALTY and at https://www.allianz.com.my/personal/privacy-statement.html for Allianz ("Privacy Notices") for the purpose relating to the participants' participation in this Campaign, as applicable and by participating in this Campaign, the participants are deemed to have consented to the processing and use of their personal data in accordance with the PDPA and Organisers' Privacy Notices without any compensation or need for prior notification.
Participants agree to be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organisers, via email or any other modes of communication deemed appropriate by Organisers in relation to participants' participation in this Campaign.
The B Infinite points and LAZADA vouchers awarded under this Campaign are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or transferable to any other person.
The Organisers reserve the absolute right to change and/or substitute the B Infinite points and/or LAZADA vouchers with other voucher or gift of a similar value for this Campaign at any time without prior notice.
The Organisers reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign or vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions herein (wholly or in part) from time to time, with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason. The participants agree that the Organisers shall not be held liable for any losses or damages suffered or incurred directly or indirectly as result of the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign, or variation of any of the Terms and Conditions herein by the Organisers, or the participants' participation in this Campaign.
The Organizers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify each participant's eligibility prior to processing and awarding the B Infinite points and/or LAZADA vouchers to the eligible participants.
The Organizers reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any participant and/or to cancel the issuance of B Infinite points and/or LAZADA vouchers to any participant if they reasonably believe that the participant has undertaken fraudulent practices and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign. or to the Organizers.
The Organizers' decision in relation to all aspects of this Campaign is final and binding under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other Campaign or advertising materials for the Campaign.
This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions contained herein are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
